I'm a full time Dad and have 6 year old. I have been teaching science for 15 years, and prior to that I worked in the field of biomedical research for 5 years. I'm not a helicopter mom so I keep my check in conversational with my son. Imagine my delight when I asked my son, who had missed a couple of sessions, if he wanted to go or miss a recent session... He said, "No! I have fun! We do x, y, and z and then I can explain stuff to my classmates!" Wow, really?!? Duane is also very flexible with our time changes. A little too flexible? I would suggest a day-before reminder system either through this system or offline. We love Mr. Duane.

Duane taught me how to understand the different concept of physics not just the mathematical part of it. He showed me how all the formulas used in physics have the same root and you can manipulate the formulas to create formulas that works for you.
